The forms collect contact details, travel information and the details needed to assess your request. This processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

By invitation, the customer area also processes account identifiers, sessions required for security and private travel documents in order to provide and secure the requested service. You may use a password or choose Google as your sign-in provider; Ulanga Tours does not receive your Google password.

If you select the optional marketing box, your contact details may also be used to send Ulanga Tours offers and news. This processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting your quote request.

Data is available only to authorised ULANGA TOURS staff and service providers needed to deliver the service: IONOS VPS hosting and email, and Cloudflare R2 storage. It is not sold.

Customer-area documents are kept in private storage without a permanent public address. Downloading them requires an authorised session and temporary access.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the applicable contractual safeguards.

Unsuccessful prospect files and files that become customer records are kept for 3 years from the last relevant interaction, unless a different period is required by law. At expiry, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to certain processing, by writing to contact@ulangatours.com. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the same address.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr.

The website does not use advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are used only for the operation and security of the relevant areas.
